A creative and strategic studio working with designers, maisons and ateliers in collectible design, interiors and fine craftsmanship.

I have always believed that exceptional spaces begin with meaningful stories.

I’m Maria Lesser, a creative based in Paris, with a lifelong interest in interiors, craftsmanship and design.

Trained in interior architecture and raised in Buenos Aires, my career has taken me from renovating spaces to working closely with designers, artisans and prestigious maisons. Over time, these experiences shaped not only my understanding of interiors, but also a deep appreciation for the people and savoir-faire behind exceptional objects.

Studio Lesser grew from this journey.

Founded in January 2025, Studio Lesser works alongside exceptional creative businesses in design, interiors, collectible design and fine crafts, offering an outside perspective, strategic guidance and support as they develop.

The first chapter began with Ateliers Berger. Their trust marked the beginning of a way of working that remains at the heart of Studio Lesser today: listening closely, understanding a creative business from within and working alongside its existing team to help shape what comes next.

Soon after, Maison Leleu placed its trust in the studio.

A house with a remarkable heritage and an unmistakable signature, Maison Leleu reinforced something that has remained central to Studio Lesser: a strong creative identity is not something to be changed as a business evolves. It is something to build upon.

Since then, the studio has had the privilege of working alongside other distinctive creative worlds, including Emma Donnersberg and Johanna de Clisson, each bringing a different perspective, language and way of approaching design.

In 2026, Arcanie and other creative businesses entrusted Studio Lesser with joining their journeys, further expanding the studio’s perspective across different forms of craftsmanship, design and creative practice.
